French expert: Germany owes Greece 575 billion Euros from WW2

The economist, member of the Council of Economic Analysis has calculated that the Germans owe the Greeks at least 575 billion euros from the second world war. He believes that Europe needs to absorb excess debt refinancing it with the very low interest rates in exchange for structural reforms.
