The Costa Rica government is debating on the legality of public breast feeding. Regardless, a number of Costa Rican moms proceeded to breast feed in a public shopping center, simultaneously fulfilling the nutritional requirements of their children, and stressing their desire to have the freedom to breast feed their child anytime, anywhere.
