I first heard the tale during my first trip to Bogotá in 97.
The last time I spoke to Enrique (21 July 2008, 10:41pm Athens Greece) over the phone he retold me the old tale.
We put good communication systems in Colombia.

We put good communication systems in Chile too!
We were naïve in those days, and actually believed we were doing the world some good, not just making good money. We were after all injecting progress into a devastated land.

After all, how were we to know which way the winds were to blow…
